I moved from CA to NC last year and haven't missed CA for a minute. I do miss my family and some close friends, but with all this technology we keep in touch often. I've been lucky and made some really wonderful friends since arriving, and my life is not lacking someone to complete me. But, like many others here, I too am looking for a "partner" to spend the rest of my life with. Hi! Well i just moved to NC from Boston which is where i've lived since the womb. I'm cute, funny, and i love an adventure. Hey I am Chris!! I'm a pretty carefree guy who loves good fun. I'm originally from Raleigh NC, but I currently reside in Spring Hope NC because of moving a few years ago halfway through high school. Most of my friends still live there and I intend to move back there. I'm very bold in my faith, but never preachy. But I'm bold in everything I do. I tend to think I am funny but maybe that's just people laughing at me jk... As long as I can have a good time doing it, it was worth the time to do it.

I spend a lot of time working on projects that are all across the board. I am outgoing yet have plenty of introversion (perfectly balanced I/E on myers-briggs, otherwise -NTP). I spend a lot of time on the computer but stay physically active with martial arts, exercise and "unnecessary" walking. I like movies, video games, long walks on the beach and in the woods, good conversation, relaxing bars, and comfortable nights at home. I'm pretty ambitious yet still easy going. Projects include: lots of meditation, and self investigation, lots of research and thinking about wide-scope problem solving, especially emerging technologies, web/internet technologies (my primary occupation), game technologies, building new technologies, personal growth/success techniques, raw food creating (raw veganism is maybe about 70% of my diet, but I still eat meat sometimes and am far from an ethical vegetarian) and just generally, and ultimately, living well.

i was formerly a Physics major, and am now a Simulation and Game Development major.

I'm a total atheist, but that doesnt mean that i don't know right and wrong. I kind of stick to a sort of personal 'honor' sort of thing, which is my own little perception as to what's cool and uncool. I stick to it even when I'm playing video games (i absolutely refuse to be a cheap bastard or hit people while they're down). I'm terrible at talking on the phone, but much better at talking on the internet. Around new people, I tend to be shy until I can start laughing with them about something commonly funny.

Basically, I'm a computer geek who doesn't act like one for at least part of the time. i do 3d art and such, mostly for the intent of putting it into a game and having it explode or cause other things to explode. i love sci-fi, and appreciate anime.

Times have been tough. Ever since the Great Robot Uprising in the year two-thousand... things changed. I moved from the West Coast in an effort to escape all the robots of San Francisco that drive robot Prius' and carry around robot messenger bags while doing their robot artwork. I finally made it to Raleigh, NC only to find that there are no record stores and all the robots go to best buy to get their music fix. Not only that, the robots here also smoke robot cigarettes inside robo-restaurants. I finally decided to give in... I was assimilated and now I am a pirate robot working at a local Credit Union... I am paid in oil and booty.

But seriously, I generally don't know what to write here. I'm 21, love my friends, and am currently engaged to an amazing young woman. I enjoy meeting new people.

My head can often be found buried in a book. I could spend all day curled up with a great book.

On the other hand, I'm also a huge nerd, and love video games.

I like to think I'm a pretty easy-going guy. I'm certainly interested in meeting more people around this area.

I'm a complete movie nerd. Nothing's better than just sitting down and watching a good movie. I also enjoy concerts, listening to all types of music, cooking, baking, and hanging out with friends.

I'm 5'10 and about 140lbs, trying to put a little weight on with the protein shakes and the gym. My car just hit 150,000 miles. She's been good to me, but I'm thinking about looking for a new one. I have a plant for a pet right now, but I'm contemplating a fish. I guess I consider myself to be creative, I love drawing and making music. I'm just a guy looking for something he hasn't found yet. I live and work in San Diego for right now, but am at a crossroads in life and could be moving just about anywhere in the next 9 months. work full time, so I don't have a whole lot of free time, but what little free time I do have I try to make the most of.

I moved to San Diego a little over a year ago, and love the city. I live with roommates, but don't really get to see them too often because we're all pretty busy with school and work.

I am honestly on here to meet some new people, be it as friends or as something more. If all I get is a few new friends then that is awesome, because as the song says, "you gotta have friends, that's what it's all about" (if you can figure out that obscure reference you rock).

I'm recently separated from my husband after a short 10 month marriage. Marriage was never in my cards, but I had a lapse in sanity and went for it anyway. I do believe there is someone for everyone, I just don't believe it needs to be proven with a legal bonding and crazy ceremonies.

I did the ECPI thing and got my associate degree in Networking & Security. Half way through the program I decided it wasn't the career choice for me, but decided to finish so there would be no "what-if's" later down the road. I currently work in a pharmacy and I love it. I don't know if I'm going to be doing it forever, but it's really awesome right now. Before this, I worked at a coffee shop which helped a lot with bringing me out of my shell.

I definitely prefer taller guys. The taller the better. I love the long-haired guys, but I know theyâ??re pretty rare. I do like guys to be on the bigger side, but not super huge. And of course, you have to like slightly bigger girls =P
