The Falls Lake State Recreation Area is a great place to visit as we have everything you need to see in Wake Forest North Carolina from hiking, camping, fishing, kayaking, hiking and camping. With over 1,000 hectares of trails and trails, you will surely discover the waterfalls and the lake. The Falls & Lake recreation area offers a variety of activities including rolling hills, sandling, canoeing, swimming, boating and fishing. The city is served by nine public schools run by the Wake County Public School System. Durham is located just west of Wake Forest and can be reached in 25 to 45 minutes, depending on the location from which you are heading to Durham. The Triangle Transit Authority operates buses serving the region, connecting Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Cary, Winston-Salem, Charlotte, Durham and Raleigh-Durham, as well as Durham International Airport.
The Falls is one of the restaurants I tried for lunch and dinner in Downtown Wake Forest, and this venture has prompted me to explore some of my favorites. The Falls serves my favorite sandwiches, pizza and wings with all kinds of dishes of the day, which always make me come back to more. This restaurant is a great place for breakfast, brunch and lunch if you live in the Wake Forest area.
A popular seafood-inspired restaurant in Wake Forest is the Shuckers Grill & Oyster Bar, and it's one of my favorite restaurants in the area.
Shuckers has been a staple of the Raleigh / Wake Forest area for some time and a fan favorite of many of the local people who live in the area. In addition to the great craft beer, the downtown location also offers some pretty good food, which has a big impact on the Wake Forest community.
The innovative brewery White Street Brewing brings together craft beer lovers from around the world, while Wake Forest Coffee Company offers different brews that are just as delicious. What makes Farm Table such a popular destination in the city center is that it serves dishes inspired by the local food scene, such as Mexican enchiladas and Asian sticky glazed ribs. You will probably spend a lot of time at Wake Forest events, whether you are just going downtown for a day of shopping or just out shopping. The craft beer scene is also popular in North Carolina, but also in other parts of the country and around the world.
