He is admitted to the Federal District Courts of North Carolina and is a member of the American Bar Association and the National Association of Bankruptcy Lawyers. He served on the Wake Forest University School of Law Board of Trustees for 10 years and was admitted to the University of North Carolina College of Business as an associate professor of law and to UNC - Chapel Hill as a professor.
Ms. Green is a member of the American Bar Association and the National Association of Bankruptcy Lawyers. Gerace was admitted and has been practicing in the Federal District Court of North Carolina for the District of Columbia. Avery was born in Avery, N.C., and graduated from Wake Forest University Law School.

He grew up in Waynesville and is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law and an associate professor of law at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has authored three books, most recently "The American Lawyer's Guide to Bankruptcy Law," and has received multiple awards from the American Bar Association, the New England Journal of Medicine, and other organizations.
Born in Burlington, he grew up in Edenton and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in 1961. He was born in Burlington and grew up in upstate New York, with a bachelor's degree in political science and a law degree from Duke University.
A Hendersonville native, he has studied at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill School of Law and Duke University Law School. He was born in Wilmington and graduated from the College of William and Mary in Charlotte with a bachelor's degree in political science and a law degree.
Since graduating from law school, Bridgers has served as an attorney with the Wake County District Attorney's Office and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg County District Attorney's Office.
After working for the Raleigh Attorney General's Office, Byrd moved to Wake County, where he has been an attorney in both Wake and Charlotte for more than 20 years.

Born in Bryson City, North Carolina, Professor Ha began her career as a human resources lawyer with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
Judge Warren is a proven specialist in corporate and consumer bankruptcy law and was a judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina for 24 years. She also served as a member of the United States Bankruptcy Court in Charlotte, NC. Judge Warren graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law with a bachelor's degree in economics and law from UNC Chapel Hill and is an associate professor of law in the Department of Business Law and Business Administration.
